5. Client-Provided Content

If you submit photos, floor plans, property details, or other materials to us, you confirm you have the right to share them and grant DesignFlare LLC permission to use them solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering your project.

6. Intellectual Property

All original designs, drawings, renderings, and content created by DesignFlare LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and use rights are transferred as specified in your project agreement. Website content, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to DesignFlare LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Communications and SMS Consent

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive appointment reminders, project updates, billing notices, and occasional promotional messages as described in our Privacy Policy.
